SUNDAY CLUB

Sunday Club meets every Sunday morning at 10am during term time (except when there is All-Age Worship). There are 6 groups covering ages 3 upwards, meeting either in the Church buildings or the school.

We also hold camps, and occasional parties and outings.

CRECHE

The crêche meets during every 10 a.m. service throughout the whole year. This is designed for ages 0-2½ when Sunday Club is meeting, and for ages 0-4 on other Sundays.
TODDLER PRAISE

This is an informal 15-minute mid-week service, held in Church on the first Wednesday of the month for the under-5s and parents. It starts at about 9.30 am but an activity is run from 9.15 am, so just turn up when it suits you! The service is taken by the Rector or a Reader and includes bell-ringing and lighting the candles (and blowing them out!). The Mothers’ Union does the organisation and provides tea. For this year's dates please click here.

ST MARY'S SMILEY FACES

This is a Parent and Carers Toddler group which meets from 1.30 to 3.30 pm on Thursday afternoons in term time in Speldhurst Village Hall. A typical session has a time for play, a craft activity and some 'together time', which will usually include a Bible-based story, singing and birthdays, as well as biscuits for the children.
Enjoy the activities - painting, crafts, play dough ...
Enjoy the space - home area, garage /train set, dressing up ...
Enjoy the company - summer outings, visitors, parties ...

CLIMBERS (School years R to 2), &
EXPLORERS (School years 3-6)

These groups meet at Speldhurst School on Mondays in term time between 3.30 and
4.30 p.m. for fun, games and Bible stories. Those from other schools are welcome, but please arrive by 4 p.m. The aim is to make learning about Jesus a fun and interesting experience for the children.

During the year, we have had several "events", including a BBQ, party, Easter egg hunt and a trip to find the St Mary's Church mice with Tony Streeter. In the February half term holiday we have a Hoilday Club. Recent clubs have featured the Lone Ranger, the Time Machine, the Great Escape, Full Steam Ahead, Lo-commotion, There's Gold in Them There Hills!, Landlubbers, Rumble in the Jungle and Razzamatazz.
